This week we will be learning about seeds, how they spread, and what they need to grow. We'll also be working on sorting and counting. Our letter of the week is Uu for umbrella.

Day one prep:

1. Print clip art for April chant. Optional: Put the pictures on cardstock and pop sickle sticks.

2. Print sorting worksheet. You can use this to sort (instead of cups) or just at the end to glue.

3. Gather seeds for sorting, cups for sorting, glue, flower seed for planting, dirt, and plastic cup for planting. Optional: If you plan on eating seeds, gather those too.
